Welcome to BestBook (the "Application"), a mobile software application operated by MudCor LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you ("User", "you") explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately delete the Application from your mobile device. Your continued use of the Application constitutes your active and ongoing acceptance of these terms.

1. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by this reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

2. User Accounts

The Application offers optional account creation via email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with third parties.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Verify your email address when registering with email/password.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period. You may delete your account at any time directly from the Application's Settings screen. Account deletion is immediate and permanent — all associated data is removed from our systems instantly.

3. Informational and Entertainment Purposes Only

BestBook functions strictly as a sports betting data aggregation and companion software utility. All real-time materials, live odds feeds, player prop comparisons, and marketplace tracking analytics displayed within the Application are intended exclusively for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

We do not accept wagers, process financial transactions, facilitate real-money gaming operations, or maintain user betting balances. Any decision to engage in sports wagering or to register accounts with third-party platforms is executed at your own sole discretion and financial risk.

4. Intellectual Property and Anti-Scraping

The Application and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including proprietary display logic, user interface, and software architecture) are owned by MudCor LLC and are protected by law. While the underlying sports data is licensed from third-party providers, the specific selection, coordination, and arrangement of such data are our exclusive property.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Systematically retrieving data from the Application to compile a database or directory.
• Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Application.
• Copying, modifying, or republishing our content for any commercial purpose.

5. No Guarantees of Data Accuracy (Warranties Disclaimer)

Sports betting marketplace lines fluctuate rapidly. MudCor LLC provides the Application on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We provide no representations or guarantees that the odds numbers or metrics are error-free. It remains your absolute responsibility to verify all active lines natively on your chosen licensed sportsbook platform before executing a live wager.

6. Limitation of Liability and Gambling Losses

Under no circumstances shall MudCor LLC or its corporate affiliates be held liable for any direct financial losses, gambling deficits, or personal liabilities resulting from your reliance on the Application's data. Because the Application is provided free of charge, you explicitly agree that MudCor LLC's total aggregate liability shall be strictly capped at $0.00 USD.

7. Third-Party Affiliate Links, Referral Codes & Trademarks

BestBook may receive a performance-based commission for referrals to third-party sportsbook operators. This compensation comes at no additional cost to you. The Application may offer referral codes that allow users or promotional partners to attribute new sign-ups. Referral codes do not entitle the referrer to any compensation unless separately agreed upon in writing by MudCor LLC.

All corporate marks (e.g., FanDuel, Fanatics, DraftKings, Caesars) are the property of their respective holders and do not indicate official endorsement or partnership.

8. Age and Geographic Boundaries

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to operate this Application. If you reside within or are physically traveling through a state where sports wagering or sports betting affiliate routing is legally restricted, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Application to navigate to external gaming platforms.

9. Responsible Gaming

We strongly support and promote responsible gaming. If you or someone you know is experiencing a gambling problem, please call or text the national helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal actions must be resolved exclusively within the city of Phoenix, Arizona.
