Privacy Policy

BestBook ("we", "our", "us"), operated by MudCor LLC, publishes the BestBook mobile software application (the "Application"). This policy details our protocols regarding information collection, operational transparency, and data privacy.

1. Account Information

BestBook offers optional user account creation via email/password registration, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. When you create an account, we collect and store the following information in our secure cloud database (Google Firebase/Firestore):

• Email address — used for account authentication and verification.
• Display name — if provided during registration or sourced from your Google/Apple account.
• Account creation date — timestamp of when your account was created.
• Last active date — timestamp of your most recent sign-in, used to maintain session integrity.
• Referral code — if you entered a referral code during sign-up, we store which code was used to attribute your registration.

We do not collect your street address, personal phone number, payment card details, or social security number. We do not store your password directly; authentication is managed securely by Google Firebase Authentication.

2. Usage and Interaction Data

When you interact with sportsbook links within the Application, we log the following to improve our services and support affiliate reporting:

• Sportsbook link clicks — which sportsbook was tapped, the type of action (e.g., "bet now" or "claim offer"), and a timestamp.
• Aggregate click count — a running total of your sportsbook link interactions, stored on your user profile.
• Event and market context — the game or market associated with a link click, if applicable.

This data is used exclusively for internal analytics and affiliate commission reconciliation. It is not sold or shared with third-party marketing brokers.

The Application also utilizes localized, non-volatile device storage frameworks (including AsyncStorage and local device caching) to manage interface preferences and navigation state. This data remains entirely on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

3. Location Data (On-Device Processing Only)

BestBook utilizes native device location services (via core device GPS frameworks) solely to provide real-time, localized compliance formatting, region-gating parameters, and state-mandated responsible gaming helplines. This location assessment is executed entirely in ephemeral, temporary memory on your local physical device hardware to determine your active jurisdiction. MudCor LLC does not harvest, transmit, share, log, or store geographic coordinates or physical location histories on any external servers or backend databases.

4. Third-Party Services & Affiliate Tracking

BestBook aggregates and displays publicly available sports wagering market data, including live odds and player prop comparisons from licensed third-party sportsbook platforms. We do not process financial transactions, facilitate gaming operations, or accept wagers. All commercial interactions or conversions occur externally on the respective third-party licensed platforms.

We partner with performance marketing networks to route traffic via outbound deep links. When you interact with these links, your device may transmit technical information — such as IP address, device identifiers, and click-string tokens — to these third-party partners. This data is used solely for the purpose of attributing traffic and auditing conversion funnels to ensure accurate commission reporting.

Third-party services used by the Application:

• Google Firebase — authentication, cloud database (Firestore), and analytics.
• Apple Sign-In — optional authentication provider.
• Google Sign-In — optional authentication provider.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may delete your account at any time directly from the Application's Settings screen. Upon deletion, your user profile, click history, and any referral attribution data are permanently removed from our systems immediately. 6. Data Distribution

We do not lease, trade, distribute, or sell your personal information or usage data to any third-party marketing brokers or outside entities. Data is shared only with the third-party service providers listed in Section 4, strictly for the purposes described in this policy.

7. Regulatory Age Requirements

Consistent with domestic compliance regulations governing sports betting markets, BestBook is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under the age of 21. We do not target, track, or knowingly retain information from minors. If we discover that an account belongs to an individual under 21, we will promptly delete the account and all associated data.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication protocols managed by Google Firebase, and restricted access controls on our cloud infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Operational Changes

We reserve the right to revise this privacy policy to reflect changes in our data practices or applicable regulations. Any updates will be reflected via the updated timestamp at the top of this document. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
