BestBook values user privacy and operates on a zero-friction data model. The application does not require account creation, user logins, or profiling metrics. Consequently, we do not collect personal identifiers such as your name, street address, personal phone number, or payment card details. Any local parlay building or tracking configurations you select inside the application remain securely localized to your specific physical device hardware. The Application utilizes localized, non-volatile device storage frameworks (including AsyncStorage and local device caching protocols) to manage user state configurations, remember interface preferences, and format onboarding navigation sequences. This tracking state is entirely isolated within your device's sandbox memory; no tracking identifiers, state flags, or behavioral profiles are uploaded to external cloud environments or synchronized across networks by MudCor LLC.
To optimize performance configurations across devices, we may aggregate completely anonymous technical usage telemetry data. This includes metrics such as application crash logs, hardware device models, and active operating system platform versions. We reserve the right to update this policy as we roll out new feature sets, including user-authenticated accounts and cloud-based performance analytics.
BestBook utilizes native device location services (via core device GPS frameworks) solely to provide real-time, localized compliance formatting, region-gating parameters, and state-mandated responsible gaming helplines. This location assessment is executed entirely in ephemeral, temporary memory on your local physical device hardware to determine your active jurisdiction. MudCor LLC does not harvest, transmit, share, log, or store geographic coordinates or physical location histories on any external servers or backend databases. While the Application triggers core hardware geolocation sensors to parse regional helpline configurations, this data processing window is completely ephemeral. No physical telemetry payloads or persistent coordinate histories leave your native hardware runtime context.
BestBook aggregates and displays publicly broadcasted sports wagering market data, including live odds, multi-leg parlay configurations, and best-value bet tracking vectors from licensed third-party sportsbook platforms. We do not process financial transactions, facilitate gaming operations, or accept wagers. All commercial interactions or conversions occur externally on the respective third-party licensed platforms.
We partner with performance marketing networks to route traffic via outbound deep links. When you interact with these links, your device may transmit technical information—such as IP address, device identifiers, and click-string tokens—to these third-party partners. This data is used solely for the purpose of attributing traffic and auditing conversion funnels to ensure accurate commission reporting. We do not share your name, contact information, or other personal identifiers with these entities.
We do not lease, trade, distribute, or sell user tracking configurations or technical data payloads to any third-party marketing brokers or outside entities.
